Course Overview/Description
Important Notes
Course Prerequisite: Successful completion of DAT*H205 Multimedia Authoring II.
Students registered for this course are expected to possess the following skills: The learner should already possess fundamental facility with computer programming and scripting, software authoring, project management, e-mail, and Web research techniques.

The class will be a mixture of multimedia authoring concepts and principles, hands-on tutorials and projects. Course content notes and illustrations will be posted on this course-site to introduce topics and to summarize reading assignments. Discussion and application lessons will be assigned on a weekly basis. The learner will complete and submit assignments to the instructor through the student network directory, on/before the due dates. In order to successfully complete this class, it is imperative that the learner stay abreast of the course work.

The course will be facilitated through classroom interaction and electronic communications: the classroom, Web-site, e-mail, and other media.
Midterm and Final examinations will be administered at NVCC, Room L303.

Students are expected to participate in classroom discussions and activities. Digital art development is a collaborative process. Participation in group discussions is obligatory.
