FAQ's:

1. I turned off all of my pop-up blocking software, but I still cannot launch a lesson.  What do I do?

   When a lesson won't launch properly, the most common problem is that your computer has other software that is blocking pop-ups.  Test your computer to see if it's still blocking pop-ups:  Pop-up blocker test

   If so, go to PLATO's support site to help find all the other software that is blocking pop-ups.
    

2. I have as many as 30 blank windows open up when I try to start a lesson.
    
   If you have a Yahoo Toolbar, try this first: Press and hold the CTRL key while you are launching PLATO lessons. This will override the pop-up blocker and allow PLATO lessons to run.
