Customized Training |
 Solve
problems and accomplish goals.
Our first step in each intervention is to do a complete
needs assessment. This involves a conversation with you
or key staff to determine the current situation and establish
the intended future situation. We then determine if training
will assist with achieving your goals. We learn about
the culture of the organization, the audience for the
training and possible challenges that can be faced when
training. |
Collaboratively
develop programs to meet your objectives.
Concrete outcomes are established for the program, as
well as how these outcomes will be assessed. Then a learner-focused
curriculum and assessment techniques are developed by
our staff and an experienced instructor and are presented
to you for final approval. |
Deliver
training and services when and where you need us.
You determine when and where you would like the training
delivered-24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Training can
be at your site or at our Waterbury, Danbury or Watertown
centers. |
Assess
whether anticipated outcomes were achieved.
Throughout the training instructors check for understanding
and provide opportunities for discussion and questions.
Assessment techniques frequently include hands-on exercises,
group or individual projects and group discussions. Each
student is asked to complete a satisfaction survey at
the end of the class. Time-bound surveys are conducted
with the training sponsor to determine if the intended
outcomes were achieved. |
