Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice 7-hour National USPAP Update
This update course reviews the historical development and adoption of USPAP and the formation and function of The Appraisal Foundation. The standards structure will be presented and there will be a discussion of the appraisal process as it relates to USPAP. There will be a review of recent changes to USPAP within the past few years, including such topics as: revisions to the ethics rule, competency rule and new Advisory Opinions. The course will also address scope of work issues and some of the common myths and misconceptions related to USPAP. There is currently no examination required to successfully complete this course. |
